Return Policy

We want you to love your Sicatrix gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from odours, marks, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at sicatrix.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sicatrix.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
