We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated during festive periods or public holidays.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original swing tags must be attached.
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the return cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Sicatrix recommends using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming:
Condition of Returned Items
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns where the item shows evidence of wear, including:
- Stains of any kind
- Makeup or cosmetic residue
- Fake tan or self-tanning product
Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition will not be refunded and may be returned to the sender.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed.
